Refund Policy

If you cancel before we have started work or incurred third-party charges, contact us promptly. We will review your request and confirm whether a refund is available.

Government, embassy, authority, courier, verification and other third-party charges may be non-refundable once paid or incurred. Service fees for work already completed, submitted or substantially performed may also be non-refundable.

Where a partial refund is appropriate, it will be assessed based on the work completed and any non-recoverable charges already incurred.

Refunds are not automatically available because an authority, embassy, employer, university or other recipient changes requirements, declines a document, delays processing, or requests additional supporting material outside our control.

We will provide reasonable assistance in clarifying next steps where possible.

We will assess eligible requests and respond with the outcome and any applicable refund amount or next steps.
